1301 Colorado is an adaptive-reuse, creative office space, transformed from an old industrial facility and less than a 5 minute walk from Metro’s Expo line station.

 

The 16,000 square foot office building was designed by EYRC Architects with a focus on creating a new storefront facade with structural steel, keeping the majority of the existing structure, and using new materials where they had the most impact.
