Long Canyon at Wood Ranch

Long Canyon is the fourth and final village of the highly successful Wood Ranch master plan.  The village features 700 homes positioned to preserve open space and save large stands of old oak trees among 1,100 acres of land dedicated to the parks district and the State.


This private, upscale village complete with gated entries, luxurious home designs tucked away in the beautiful mountains of Simi Valley.


We thrive in different types of projects. This one allowed for a true private-public partnership. As the land was owned by the local school district, due to the proceeds of the land sale the district was able to build a new elementary school in the community.

New Urban West has really set the bar extremely high. This is a model of how a developer and his team should work with the community. In fact, you may even want to give training lessons. This is one of the best designed projects that I have ever seen. This is a high quality project and there is no question in my mind it’ll be a huge asset to this area.
