Long Canyon is the fourth and final village of the highly successful Wood Ranch master plan. The village features 700 homes positioned to preserve open space and save large stands of old oak trees among 1,100 acres of land dedicated to the parks district and the State.

This private village is complete with gated entries, parks, open space, luxurious home designs, 3 club houses, 4 pools, and a fitness center.

NUWI thrives in different types of projects. This project allowed for a true private-public partnership. As the land was owned by the local school district, due to the proceeds of the land sale, the district was able to build a new elementary school in the community.
