The Trails at Lyons Canyon is a proposed community of new homes, permanent open space and connections to 20+ miles of trails. Perfectly positioned along the I-5 freeway and only a mile away from Valencia Marketplace, The Trails plans to bring 510 attainably priced homes for working professionals, families and individuals. As part of the project, 71 units of on-site affordable homes will be made for seniors and middle-income households.

To prioritize the preservation of open space, nearly 80% of the property will be preserved as natural and improved open space. Over 4 miles of trails connect 20 miles of existing hiking and nature trails providing new viewpoints and walking paths as part of The Trails.
