With approximately 40% of the land dedicated to parks, sports fields, and preserved uplands, Sunridge emphasizes outdoor recreation and long-term environmental stewardship.

By opening restored uplands and new recreational areas to the public, Sunridge creates fresh opportunities for residents to hike, bike, gather, and enjoy the region’s natural landscape. Developed in partnership with the City and regional stakeholders, Sunridge aims to create a balanced destination that integrates homes, jobs, and public amenities for all generations.
