The Meadows at Bailey Canyon
Sierra Madre, CA
The Meadows will be the most sustainable community in Sierra Madre history. The project is 100% electric and solar-powered with ENERGY STAR® certification and net-zero water usage. The project plan includes a new 3-acre park, the preservation of over 35 acres of open space, 493 new trees, and 42 single-family homes.
NUWI worked closely with community stakeholders over several meetings both virtually and in-person during the pandemic to shape the vision of the project. In 2021, The Meadows earned unanimous support from both Sierra Madre City Council and Planning Commission.
